- Any product that is faulty on delivery will be replaced. If we cannot replace the item, we offer you the choice of a suitable substitute, a refund, or store credit.
- If your purchase was faulty on delivery please notify us of your intention to return goods within 2 days of delivery .
- Please contact us by phone (07-5481-2800) or use the form on the Contact Us page to request a Return Authorisation number.
- We do not accept returns unless we have issued you a Return Authorisation number.
- Merchandise must be returned to QRS at 22 Chapple St Gympie, 4570, Qld within 7 days of notification.
- Goods not in original condition will not be accepted. Items should be returned in original packaging.
- Refunds or substitutes will be applied on acceptance by QRS of returned goods.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the purchaser. QRS will pay for delivery of the replacement, or refund the orignal delivery cost if you choose a refund.
